Chief Mrs Eugenia Ngozi Dike, Icon recipient for her long standing entrepreneurial Endeavour, her strong dedication to family and motherhood above all, her selfless contributions to the community and charitable works.
She is the current president of Hendon Rotary Club.
Mrs Ngozi Eugenia Dike is a self-made businesswoman with considerable interests in Social Welfare, boasting an impressive portfolio of businesses.
A true entrepreneur, Mrs Ngozi Dike involved herself in a wide range of ventures. Between 1974 – 1992 she served as CEO of Morning Star Catering Institute, an organization training apprentices to gain skills in catering, hotel management and hospitality. Concurrently, she also ran the family pharmacy alongside her late husband.
Subsequently Mrs Ngozi Dike became a NAFDAC-certified manufacturer of Browning ( Ngogdyke Enterprises) and which she supplied to UTC, Exclusive Supermarket, Benrich Stores, Eastern Supermarket, Zoro supermarket and other reputable supermarkets.
Mrs Ngozi Dike is a long and outstanding entrepreneur who provided residential care for people with Mental Health & Learning Disabilities in the UK. She is the first Nigerian to open a care home for people with learning disabilities and autism in the London Borough of Barnet. She has worked with both the NHS and Community Services before then.
Mrs Ngozi Dike also excels beyond the bounds of her career. She is the President Elect of the Hendon Chapter of the Rotary Club and has served in various capacities such as Vocational and Community Chair and a member of the ad hoc committee
She is also a member of the Roya Free NHS Foundation Trust.
She is the Women’s Leader of Oru Community Union, galvanizing the club to raise capital to fund school projects across Nigeria. Treasurer Oru community union for eight years,

Ngozi Dike is also a member of the Akugbe Club (Unity Club). Previous membership the British Institute of Management, the Institute of Directors, the British Chamber of Commerce, the National Care Association and also a reputable member of proprietors of residential care homes.
Alongside her professional successes, Mrs Ngozi Dike prioritizes giving back to her community. She helps the orphans through education and pays school fees for a number of underprivileged people in Nigeria. She empowers women who share her entrepreneurial spirit by providing widows with small grants to fund their business ventures. She also volunteered with the charity Mencap as well as supporting springboard programs.
Mrs Ngozi Dike married the CEO of Nicus Pharmacy in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria in 1973. They were blessed with four daughters and three sons, all of whom are now successful university graduates.
