Canva, the online graphic design platform for creating social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content has been down in the last 24 hours to its UK users.
This has left millions of UK small businesses and brands, users that rely on them for their branding and graphics, stranded for a whole day.
People are taking to Twitter and other social media to complain to the graphics platform, but they don’t seem to be responding to anyone. However, in a tweet sent out about 5 hours ago, the graphics app has apologised to their UK users fort he glitch, assuring them they’re on it and hope to get back on soon.
“We’re a bit under the weather right now but rest assured that we’re hustling for a swift fix for our UK users. You can check http://canvastatus.com for updates.” they have tweeted.
The platform which has both free and paid subscriptions has lots of helpful free templates for all users and has long become a go-to quick and beautiful design for small business for their social media and other branding needs.
